A Flow Chart of Responsibility

I couldn't resist this, perfectly describes most of the companies and businesses, the poor grunts at the bottom gather the most crap and usually from above.

My workplace is no different, I don't suppose, indications are strong that the Admin staff are in a high turnover. Not necessarily due to financial reasons, nor the change in government and their policies, but it could simply be that it is not fulfilling enough (and they get too much work landed on their desk).

Still something to think about if you are at the top of the ladder hmmmm
