SOH did us proud, he offered to make his Sweet and Sour Chicken dish and used the last of our peppers to do it. It is a definite advantage having the polytunnel to grow crops as we can leave them in there to ripen up long after the rest of the garden has gone to sleep.
After picking the pepper and chopping all the rest of the ingredients he delivered this to the table..
All I had to do was to cook the rice and serve it up.
Oh.... and it tasted delicious as well...
